Poor packaging of dubious quality.
light bulbs in a soft thin box, the inner partitions are bent and ineffective, causing two light bulbs to shatter into fragments. The product is adequate but some of the bulbs are worn out and glowing whiter instead of deep blue at the base. Put them in a plastic mailbox and do damage.
