Bright enough for a DRL but has issues

The headlights are bright enough to make a decent DRL. The color is ok, they seem to be in the 6000k range. They are certainly not waterproof, the transparent part is filled with drops of moisture after just sitting in the rain. They're pretty fragile. The lights snap into aluminum holders and barely hang from the thinnest of edges. My biggest complaint is the beam's aim. I installed both in the front grille area making sure they lined up. Once you install them, you can no longer adjust the up/down angle. One of mine is perfect, you can see it's facing the oncoming car, but the other is tilted down. Because of this, one tilted slightly downwards doesn't look as bright, clear, and more bluish than the other. It would be better if they were attached to the brackets on the sides with screws that could be adjusted up/down.
