I ordered this and the first one I received was on so I went straight away to change the batteries only to find out the previous ones were kind of rusted and the wiring was damaged. So basically it was broken. Okay, I've requested a replacement as I assumed it was a one time error. NO! Did the replacement have the exact same problem?!
