I ordered this and the first one I received was on so I went straight away to change the batteries only to find out the previous ones were kind of rusted and the wiring was damaged. So basically it was broken. Okay, I've requested a replacement as I assumed it was a one time error. NO! Did the replacement have the exact same problem?! Why would they even send it with the device on? Why turn on the batteries when they are already dead and damage the toy when I get it?! Pretty pissed.
