Let's start with how it arrived in a large shrink-wrapped ball that was just plain weird. I'm not sure how the seller got these photos of the actual bed (especially with the dog lying on it) but they ABSOLUTELY *NOT* represent the product you will receive! There is NO support in this "bed". The "pillow" is more like a pouch filled with a bunch of cotton balls. "Pillow" is filled with some kind of lumpy filler and it's not hard at all either. Assembly instructions included (I've attached a picture). but don't count on that, because the bed doesn't look like it at all - no firm cushions, no egg-crate filling, no lasting end result. The bedspread isn't bad, but the rest of the bed is complete rubbish. I'm not even sure I want to try to find a way to box it up so I can send it back. Extremely disappointed. Edit: I can't justify spending money on this thing. I'm sending it back.
