Yes, it is a fan motor.

The fan motor was purchased for my 1967 Plymouth Fury, it works well and overall I have no major complaints about it other than not being identical to the factory one . Block does not use rubber bushings and is slightly smaller than the factory block. It is quite quiet and ensures a decent airflow. Just don't buy it for a super rare show car where being factory perfect is important.
