I've always loved Vera Bradley bags. The bag itself is beautiful. The size is perfect. Not too small not too big. Holds a lot of stuff. The pockets are practical and ensure order in the bag. I love this bag and highly recommend it, especially for moms. I ordered used from Amazon warehouse. They said it was like new. So I ordered. But upon arrival I found that the top zip puller was broken. And they kept it in their pocket. The bag also contained some chewing gum wrapped in aluminum foil. Was disappointed as it looks like someone used it, broke the zip handle, put it in a bag and sent it back. The warehouse should have checked this and pointed out any defects. But they said it was like new. Even though the customer service team refunded half the amount for this bag, I still regret buying a new one. The issue is related to a used stock item that must have failed validation. But I am satisfied with the quality and ease of use of the bag. I would recommend it.
