Excellent heat performance but returned twice due to loud vibrations

Loved this heater, worked great. I found it good that you could use 2 heating modes in winter and a fan mode in summer. Would keep the block (returning both the first and second) because of the loud vibrations. I wanted this part more than anything and was afraid it would stop moving after a period of time. I refused and could not find a replacement for the second block.
