Review on 🔧 ENA Set of 2 Camshaft Left and Right Position Sensor - Compatible with Infiniti Nissan 3.5L 4.0L V6 - Replacement for 23731-6J90B 23731-AL61A PC461 PC460 by Jose Hughes

My 2004 Infiniti G35 had a camshaft position sensor error code. I took a chance as the price was about 10 times cheaper than any auto parts store. The good thing is that once installed, the code was erased and the actual installation was no more complicated and easier than with more expensive parts. The bad news is that the car started perfectly when cold, but wouldn't start when the engine was hot - wait for it to cool down and it started right away and ran with no problems. I took the car to a trusted local independent auto shop and their more sophisticated (expensive) OBD2 scanners found nothing wrong. However, after speaking to Nissan/Infiniti, they recommended replacing the new camshaft position sensors with Hitachi sensors. This solved the problem; The car will start when it's cold, when it's hot, and anywhere in between. So, if you don't mind waiting for the engine to cool before starting it; This is for you. Otherwise, you're paying the price for parts that work all the time.
