This remote control is very good for its price. It has backlit buttons, but the light doesn't stay on long enough. He controls the player pretty well. Custom buttons like 'Video Setup', 'Sound Effect', 'High Definition' and 'DLNA' let you jump straight to some settings instead of digging through the settings menu. Also, the "Netflix" and "Internet" buttons are fairly small and a bit out of the way, so they're not as easy to accidentally press as some other remotes (I'm looking at you NVIDIA). The downside to this remote is that the buttons don't fit well on the hard plastic top and tend to get stuck under the hard plastic they sometimes protrude from. But there's nothing wrong with that. Overall this is a great remote for the price and I would buy it again even with this issue.
