Review on Leviton 1 Decora Combination Wallplate Standard by Dany Hamilton
Gray is hard to find!
I needed a combination wall outlet plate for use with a Decora socket and cable TV F-Jack. I couldn't find a gray color anywhere so I bought this and just drilled a hole in the blank (right) side and installed my own F connector. Looks good and works perfectly.
