Weeks of waiting in vain

I have ordered this product from Revain about 5 times. Previous orders have been great so far. I waited 2 weeks for this and found the security seal was broken after I finally opened it. Not only that, the force had built up at the top so it squirted out when I unscrewed it. I'm not usually the type to worry too much about a security seal, but the color change around it is enough that I don't want it.
