Review on ๐Ÿ”ƒ Space-saving OXO Good Grips Foldaway Dish Rack for Efficient Kitchen Organization by Cody Wuol

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Stylish, simple, rustproof and customizable!

I've been looking for a dish rack that: (A) won't rust, (B) has a drain (C) fits chopping boards. This one fits my bill as it fits both of my cutting boards and I love the fact that you can customize it to your liking. You can fold the plate holder to free up space and remove the 2 dish holders (which have thin slots at the bottom to drain the water). I'm glad I got rid of my old rusty coaster and I hate the fact that the rust is peeling off my dishes. I usually like to use my dishwasher to store my dishes so this is an added bonus and it fits my cutting boards. It's perfect for a family of 2 and I love the fact that I can fold it (two pronged sides fold into the main compartment) to store under the sink. I also like the fact that there are foldable legs on one side to tilt the tray for better drainage. I folded the towel up to support it even higher when using my legs. I put 5 but am picky about drainage. Some water is left behind because the hole is small and is in the middle of the long side of the post (so the water collects along that side and cannot drain optimally because there is nothing to drain the residual water), but I do it not. I don't regret the purchase because it's quite stylish and functional. After doing the dishes, I just swing my basket around to direct the water down the drain, but that's my anal sex. If I had to update the design I would redesign the drain side to better drain the water.

Pros
  • Well made
Cons
  • Infinitely slow
