I ordered this and was thrilled when it arrived. Everything I've seen from OXO so far has been of good quality. This dish rack is poorly constructed. Five hours after I washed the dishes, there was still water on them—and on the dishes. I lowered the legs to give it a slope to drain the water and it's still almost completely flat. I didn't pay much attention, I thought it was a white frame but it's actually grey. It's okay, it still goes well with my kitchen. This is a really great dish rack, it's durable and looks good. Great concept. with a NEARLY excellent execution, but with one serious design flaw: the moveable spout is so right on the edge of the drain pan that the slightest mistake makes it practically useless to keep the counter dry. I've been looking for a dish rack that: (A) won't rust, (B) has a drain (C) fits chopping boards. This one fits my bill as it fits both of my cutting boards and I love the fact that you can customize it to your liking. You can fold the plate holder to free up space and remove the 2 dish holders (which have thin slots at the bottom to drain the water).
