I ordered this and was thrilled when it arrived. Everything I've seen from OXO so far has been of good quality. This dish rack is poorly constructed. Five hours after I washed the dishes, there was still water on them—and on the dishes. I lowered the legs to give it a slope to drain the water and it's still almost completely flat. It's not big enough. The retractable part of the cymbal holder only works in one direction (the cymbals will fall off if you put them in the other direction). The cup holder racks are too close together so each cup takes up the space of at least two. It's really just terrible. It came in the mail today and I've already put it back in the box to send it back. Now I have to order something else and use flat towels until it arrives, which is excruciating. MAKE. NO. TO BUY.
