Great concept. with a NEARLY excellent execution, but with one serious design flaw: the moveable spout is so right on the edge of the drain pan that the slightest mistake makes it practically useless to keep the counter dry. (There is room to design another spout that has a flange that runs UNDER the drain pan nozzle, making this entire system virtually error free). caught, any reduction in the angle of the spout, whatever. causes water to drip or overflow (depending on) the countertop and how much water is drained. We just finished a major cleaning of the floor and water meter for the dishwasher which "slipped" out of their spout design. The good news is that there's an easy fix (and honestly, I'm just going to fix it somehow) SO MANUFACTURER. IF YOU OFFER A FIX, EXPLAIN IT TO THE MARKET because with this fix it will be an amazing design. hope that helps.
