Read carefully: my feedback

There isn’t anything wrong with the product other than the fact I made a mistake and bought these. They do not roll out. The holder doesn’t screw down either. This only is stationary by some rubber grips. I’ll be returning mine to buy one that rolls out.

Straight to it. The upward pan dividers are what hold the bottom brackets in place. Set it to the ideal length you want and then set the dividers in to keep it from moving. It was kind of a pain. It did not work for my cupboard (house was built in the 60''s so older set up.) It doesn''t need to be for pans though. Its sturdy enough to hold books on a book shelf or hold binders. The thin metal cross bars on then end broke off of ours so we threw it out.
