This is the adapter you need for new cases and old motherboards.

The description here is not very clear. This adapter takes the new "Front USB-C 3.2" connector and converts it to the legacy USB 3.0 header style. This is useful for using an old motherboard (or a motherboard without a USB 3.2 port) in a newer chassis like the Fractal Define R6. It appears to be similar in design to the Lian-Li PW-INC1TR, but with the distinct advantage that you can actually buy one.
