The wheel can still be pressed, however the scrolling functionality has been disabled. After two years of consistent use, a double click became visible. At this point, three years have passed, and the mouse's presence has reached an intolerable level. Either the left button is not being hit at all, it is making a double click, or something else that cannot be imagined is taking place. It is no longer possible to move things by dragging and dropping them. Now, if it weren't for the issues that occurred with the buttons, the mouse would have been given a respectable score of four out of five points with a significant plus.
