I bought these gloves to wear at night over anti-inflammatory hand cream or hand lotion depending on what my biggest concern is - arthritis or dry skin. I have long fingers and they go from the tip of my finger to the bottom of my wrist. Don't skip any medicine or lotion. They wash well and don't shrink. I am very happy with them.
