As everyone has mentioned

As everyone has pointed out, the group restarts from time to time, which skews the data collected up to that point. Also, the app doesn't work at all - you can't sync the party and basically rely on that piece of plastic to guide you. In general, I think that if you are a fitness enthusiast, you should buy an established tracker for a higher price. Would NEVER recommend this to anyone!

Better Than Nothing

While it's better than nothing, I can't help but feel that there are too many compromises to reach this tracker's price point. The clock keeps resetting, the pedometer seems to work well but not very well, the application drops off a lot. Finally, charging is weird. I have to charge it from my laptop and you have to watch how long it takes to charge. If you don't do this, you can ruin the battery, but you can recharge it, which is not the case with modern lithium-ion batteries. I really like…

Don't buy this unless they fix the syncing issue

I love Pivotal Tracker but the biggest problem is that it doesn't sync with the iPhone app half the time. I went to the Pivotal Living website and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app. For some reason it actually works, but I've reinstalled the app 4 times in the last 8 days, which is very annoying. I hope the company can fix the app so the sync always works. If this problem was fixed I would give the device 4 stars and buy more for other family members. But I'm waiting to see…

This product has been positioned as an inexpensive activity tracker.

This product was marketed as a low cost activity tracker with a low cost app membership. I should have known something was wrong when I got PT1 and they automatically offered a second year membership due to the amount of issues customers were having. With a lot of information provided by customers on Facebook, I was able to set up the bracelet and synced it to my Samsung Galaxy 3 after several attempts. I only had static discharge for the first week. This was gradually increased to four or five

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY

I've wanted a fitness tracker for a long time but I didn't dare spend a hundred dollars because I've never tried it. I was excited to see this and thought it would be a good start. The pedometer is useless. For example, I walked 20 steps and he registered 67. The sleep tracker doesn't work either. I applied it at night when I couldn't sleep. During the night I got up and out of bed twice. He somehow stated that I slept well for almost 9 hours, although to say I slept 3 1/2 hours would be an…

Good in theory, but doesn't work

It seemed like this tracker could be a great alternative to other fitness trackers. when he works When I first opened the box, which was packaged very well and looked great, I was greeted by a device that looked a lot like a Fitbit tracker. It wasn't charging, so I plugged it in and did some housework. After about an hour, I returned to the tracker to fully charge it. I downloaded the app to my iPhone, turned on bluetooth and it synced very easily. The app is a bit clunky but after 15-20…

Good bracelet, unreliable software

The bracelet itself is simple and also fits my small wrist. Initial syncing with the app was nice and quick, and the bracelet seems to track steps well. My issues are related to bracelet sync/reset. For me it was losing data several times a week, either it wasn't tracking sleep, or the time wasn't synced, or it was completely losing everything. This is quite frustrating as none of the data is saved/cannot be synced before the reset. I'm not sure if it's a hardware issue or something that can be

It's a toy. It's playable, but not that useful due to its accuracy.

This is my first fitness tracker I've tried so I have no comparison. But even with a low annual membership, I doubt I'll use it that much as it's not entirely accurate, and maybe none of them are. Pros: - Features sound great on paper. - Inexpensive. Calorie burn, drink tracking and goals across device and app. Cons: - When I first got this, the steps would have jumped significantly even if I only took a few steps. - Sometimes it doesn't track steps at all - The range is long, giving you 1/4 to

I don't hate it though.

So let's get down to business: The quality of the tape is better than I expected for the price. The display is good, but the length of the hard plastic is too long to fit right on my wrist, although that doesn't really matter. The battery lasts two days and still shows that it is fully charged. I like the vibration alarm function. However, it was a bit tricky to set up, and I'm a technologically savvy person. By that I mean my device went to sleep and I thought the device wouldn't turn on or…

Epic launch error

My wife wanted a fitness tracker for Christmas and of course this looked like a great option. It was a simple group offering the data they wanted to track and they had a nice iPhone app. It LOOKS great and if it actually worked as advertised it would be an absolute HOUSE OF GOLD product. Instead, it looks more like a smoking heap of something coming out of the moose's south side. if you understood me The iPhone app was updated last week and the president of the company shared the hard work they
