This product was marketed as a low cost activity tracker with a low cost app membership. I should have known something was wrong when I got PT1 and they automatically offered a second year membership due to the amount of issues customers were having. With a lot of information provided by customers on Facebook, I was able to set up the bracelet and synced it to my Samsung Galaxy 3 after several attempts. I only had static discharge for the first week. This was gradually increased to four or five times a day, even with the open charging port covered in duct tape. Step measurements are disabled, I walk a measured distance of 3 1/2 miles and it shows I walked 7 miles. A percentage of my overall goals never worked. I was selected to use the new beta update but was never able to download it. Lesson improved, you get what you pay for. Send it back to Revain and buy another activity tracker from a company that offers a working product.
