Ready to use, very light weight and easy to install, albeit tedious, with a few very small nuts and washers. It is very durable and does not wobble. However, the height was my main concern because although the mount was designed for the F-Series truck, the height isn't adjustable and is barely enough to hover over the cup holders, meaning you can't use it. Which brings me to my main point: In order for this product to actually work 100% effectively, you MUST purchase additional accessories. First I got a riser to remove the bar. This actually solved two problems in an amazing way. This solved the problem of having to remove it quickly when I wanted someone to sit comfortably in the front during a long drive (there's still plenty of room for a 6ft 300lb person to sit on a short drive if they is still well set up). BTW), but it also adds a few inches to the height, making it the perfect ergonomic height and allowing me to still use cup holders! Definitely a must have BUT you are sacrificing the strong stability that a stick usually has. It was dangerously wobbly so I had to insert a rubber wedge to keep it nice and tidy, but even then its strength is probably still an 8/10. The second accessory I bought was thin laptop clips, because without them you can't close your laptop and it's annoying. The third accessory I received was a cable box, which was really just for convenience. Overall I get compliments on the setup all the time and it's been a life saver. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because for the price you pay for it, it doesn't require any additional accessories, which in and of themselves are also expensive.
