My company has ordered about 50 of these screws over the last 4 years. it never fails, always missing screws. I'd also like to point out that all of the bolts and locknuts are packaged together, so make sure you filter out the smaller spring pack sizes from the rest and calculate how much you're missing. These things take a hassle to put together, but they're worth it

Everything arrived as expected and installation was pretty easy. I was warned that once installed it can and does rock. You need support to stop it or use another mount.

Don't be discouraged by some of the reviews here. If you have a bit of common sense and a bit of mechanical dexterity this is really easy to install. The device is amazing! It took me about 30 minutes to install. The instructions are a bit vague, but they also have pictures so you don't even need to be able to read. Very strong and well built. The base is too thin so the laptop shakes when you drive on the road. All of the settings are too difficult to adjust, including the tabs that snap into the sides of the laptop.

Good product with the right mix of plastic and metal parts. Everything for installation included and no cutting required. A very well designed product.

Ready to use, very light weight and easy to install, albeit tedious, with a few very small nuts and washers. It is very durable and does not wobble. However, the height was my main concern because although the mount was designed for the F-Series truck, the height isn't adjustable and is barely enough to hover over the cup holders, meaning you can't use it.
