I installed it on an ATX MB in a Corsair 4000D case and it has about an inch gap between the TP glass and the cooling fins. My main complaint is how heavy it is. is. It's starting to sag a bit and I'm worried about what it might do to the motherboard. I may need to get a GPU mount just for my cooler. Lol Adjustable fan mounts are great. Even with the Corsair Vengeance Pro SL RGB RAM, I had to raise the fan two levels to make room. From an aesthetic point of view, this is not enough. They could have black fans instead of black with gray fins. You could also make the Corsair logo clip black or white instead of dark brown. The good thing is that I was able to easily replace the fans with two 120mm RGB fans. Then I paint the lid white so it can be easily taken apart. Now for the good stuff... it cools my CPU! The fans hardly have to turn up because the passive cooling works very well! I definitely recommend this product if like me you are trying to avoid AIO.
