very efficient. Mom appreciates the fact that it shuts off completely when not in use and the extreme flexibility of the hose. The spray head could be adjusted the way she wanted. The only setup adjustment I had to make was to tuck the on/off shower pull valve in the open position for the bather to function properly. If this is not done, the bathtub must be disconnected from the pipe connection and reconnected. This wasn't a problem after it turned out to be the solution. The shower was a great addition to the shower stool and at the same time an adjustable shower rail was purchased.
