The bristles are not stiff as other reviews have stated
I used to buy similar ones from the dollar store and had to replace them, picture compares them. If you use them to clean dirty work under your nails, they will be of poor quality. They are very weak, conservative, the bristles are 2 or 3 times thinner (picture is wrong) than what I found acceptable for removing oil, grease or dirt.
