Great option to consider as implemented by myself in past environments

I've used Nucleus for many years with great success at my previous organization where we were implementing D365 using both our own team (internal) or partner teams who assisted us via SOWs/SDN requests etc when required - they made this transition much more streamlined than any other provider i know! Would highly recommend them over others if you're looking specifically towards implementation & support services around your specific requirements e.g.: Sales process management / reporting needs including historical data archiving/retention from within existing records plus new set up processes that help drive efficiencies / productivity gains throughout sales operations overall.

  • Their internal knowledgebase is vast, informative to use as well.
  • Support response times are very quick
  • Ours was an ongoing partnership so always received timely service feedback during implementations across all departments in which needed assistance along side IT Services Group colleagues here @ IBM Canada's Client Center
