I know that others had problems with it. My mother kept a set at the hospital so she wouldn't disturb other patients. You have to listen at full volume. This allowed her to listen normally without disturbing others. They worked for 2 weeks then the reset button fell off. HOWEVER, I ordered a set and had no problems with it. They consume a lot of battery (if you forget to turn off the base station or headset). However, I can actually walk through multiple rooms and keep up with the audio portion of the program. They come and go as I go, but I usually find a place that works well. When the batteries die it will "leave" one of the radios but changing the batteries in the base fixes that. My buttons don't fall out and I've had them for over 2 months now. Used very often and works well. The sound isn't super theater surround or anything, but it's fine for watching TV or even listening to music on your PC. Don't expect tons of bass. Love the feature that allows you to use them like regular headphones with the cable that comes with them. Plug it into a source and the other end into a pair of headphones and it works like a regular wired headset. Hope they last long. So far no problems. And they attract radio stations (stronger ones) in the area. It's nice to be able to walk and listen freely without being tied to a cable.
