Worked less than five minutes before it broke!

Unfortunately, this engraver worked a total of less than five minutes before stopping completely. Changing batteries (five different sets) didn't get it working again. He's dead. In the five minutes it actually worked, the engraver did a pretty good job of engraving the metal pendant, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of the engraving. It was certainly an expensive item considering how much a minute of use cost.
