I love these sports bras. I am currently not working and wear comfortable house clothes. I wear these sports bras every day, they are so comfortable you don't realize you're wearing anything. I still get that "push up" and comfort I need for my chest. They have small foam inserts inside the bra for extra padding and I would recommend that you maybe take them out when you wash your bras because I didn't take mine out in the wash and they came out in the dryer. Or put them in a separate mesh bag when washing so you don't lose the inserts.
