The team is very friendly and responsive which makes it easy for us to get in touch at short notice when we need some assistance or just general guidance. They always deliver high quality service with attention to detail but also understand our needs and constraints well. Their rates tend to be on the expensive side compared to US competitors - however this shouldn't be held against them as they have an excellent track record. Would like to see improvements made over time where their work increases in quality, price should come down slightly (at least by 15%) for new customers and overall product/service offerings increased. Web site redesign and developing applications for clients who do not use online channels. The team is very responsive to our needs. They work well as a group and are always willing to help. The project management is excellent. It's easy to communicate with them through email or chat. I have not run into any problems so far. I am working with them for an educational website. This includes customizing the layout of the site, adding content, and building out the functionality.
