A bunch of dead pixels appeared out of nowhere. It's been June, but I've only recently started using it for classes. I didn't do anything crazy with him and treated him with care. I tried replacing him but Huion responded by offering me a whopping $20! saying that it shouldn't affect my work too much. even if I paid a lot of money for it, and I will never be able to photograph myself with my almost new video tablet, unless I want to show dead pixels. My workspace is also shrinking. If they replaced my tablet I wouldn't leave a review but since they are still not responding to try and reach the middle I thought I should warn customers about their crappy customer service. Otherwise I was in love with everything about this tablet but falling apart in just a few months and simple use just isn't worth it and they haven't been held accountable. Will return the stars when ready to replace this faulty tablet I just redeemed. End of May. Until then they get 1 star for bad customer service and defective product.
