The rubber coating around the wires began to crack after only 6 months to the point where I could see the copper wiring inside. After about 3 months of use, every time I restarted my Dell Inspiron 7559 while it was plugged in, I was redirected to a screen warning me that my charger didn't provide a proper outlet to charge my laptop. I've never had this problem with the OEM charger that came with my Dell laptop and I'm not sure if the problem is due to physical wear and tear or if it was always just incompatible with my laptop (although the warning only starts to emerge). see you in a few months)
