Review on 🐾 Puppia Oceane C Harness by Carrie Porter

I've always had papillon straps because it heats up easily. She's been rubbing her armpits a few times lately because my new roommate forgot to take her out of her harness (or we left her in all day for convenience because we've started adopting foster dog pairs instead of just one after the other to connect time). In any case, we needed a better solution. When I first got it I tried Puppia's Type A harness but the small one didn't fit through her big ears and the medium one didn't fit her chest so we left PUPPIA and opted for the Lupine level harness, because the vest was too many straps and i hate velcro. And so Puppia has listened and intervened, and it's great! Just be careful as there are two different size charts so my 13.8 inch dog doesn't fit in either fluffy harness as the middle one is loose and the small one is too tight. But this one fits great, everything is snug and then I can loosen it up to dress when needed!
