This is the most useless item I have ever bought. The instructions are so tiny you can't read them. It says it has a fill line but I didn't see anything so you don't know if you filled enough water or not. It lasts less than 5 hours, mine turns itself off after 2 hours. NO COLD AIR AT ALL. It just blows air like a personal fan. The instructions don't say why 3 levels are needed. He should be sweating. I RECEIVED NOTHING. I should have known when all the reviews came from the UK. I haven't seen any from the US. waste of money. These articles are not worth it, they suck! stink. stink.stink! DON'T WASTE TIME. DO NOT BUY.
