Furious! I'm beside myself! I bought about 8 decks of Theory 11. Nomad, Artisans Guild, Animal Kingdom are my favorites. I recommend to everyone. Received TWO Star Wars sets today. The blue and red versions, the expected light side and dark side, actually have different decks. The images in the online content show different face cards and I was so excited to see what each deck has to offer. I opened the first one and my son and I loved it. But I found it odd that there were dark side characters in the light side set. Curious. We then guessed all the missing characters and I said I can't wait to see what's in the other Dark Side Pack. But no! It's the same deck! So I bought a duplicate just for the second box. I am very disappointed and feel betrayed by your digital marketing team. The cost of customer acquisition these days is higher than customer retention. Disappointing a loyal customer has an exponential effect.
