UPDATE: After I posted my initial review (see below), the manufacturer contacted me almost immediately. They seemed really concerned about my issues and sent a replacement asap. The new protective film is holding up well, no complaints. I really like the included installation system to make sure everything is right. Upgrade to 5 stars. Well done. These things are terrible. Both screen protectors included in this kit broke after two weeks. I'm not rude with the phone and I didn't drop it. I kept it in my pocket most of the time. I think it might be because the edges aren't beveled - they're square - making them more prone to being broken by small things touching them. The installation system is really nice and easy to use, but it just can't stand life in my pocket.
