Multifunctional tablet with annoying flaws

This Samsung Tab 8.0 inch tablet is very good. The case is inexpensive but works well, plus there are magnetic locks which aren't mentioned in the online description. The 32 GB microSD card worked without any problems. Samsung does a great job with the tablet and the software that comes with it. All unnecessary applications can be removed or disabled. It syncs perfectly with my Samsung smartphone. I was about to buy a model with 4G and GMS support and I still think it might be worth it. Instead, I use my phone's hotspot feature when I don't have WiFi. An unfortunate downside is the touchscreen. It's less sensitive than my smartphone and sometimes doesn't respond. It can be frustrating when a prompt dialog pops up and you can't select the response button you want. The onscreen keyboard can be tricky in both portrait and landscape modes due to the tricky touchscreen. The only solution is to rotate the screen and hope that the new on-screen icon and keyboard arrangement works better. I tried an active stylus and it didn't solve the problem, although it works great on my smartphone. The Bluetooth mouse certainly bypasses the touchscreen, but it's not the best solution for mobile devices. I contacted the seller about this, but got no response. If you don't mind injuring the tip of your index finger while trying to get the touchscreen to respond, this is a good tablet.
