Align your spine! good for neck and neck pillow

I have a problem: when I sleep with my neck too tight, something in my shoulder shifts, causing pain for days and an inability to turn my head. The last time this happened, I decided I had to find a solution. The problem was the lack of neck support. I have already started using the Infinity Pillow as a neck support while sleeping on a regular pillow. This pillow eliminates the need to use this roller! Side sleeping wings are awesome. Your hand naturally nestles into the odd space they left (which also helps me stay awake when my hand is pressed against the pillow with my wrist at an extreme angle, which helped with my wrist pain!) There is however still room for improvement. I slept on my back, the pillow under the back of my head was too hard. It held my head too high to align my spine. However, there is actually a center panel in the foam that you can remove - I chose to fold it down to double the height at the neck and decrease the height at the head and it's so much better now! I also wish the wings were a little stiffer as I still felt my shoulders were pinching when I was on my side. I did contact the company though and got an extra insert which definitely helped although the fenders are still too soft. It's great for watching movies while lying down, many configurations with different levels of support. TLDR: Pros: Wings are great for side sleepers Allows for better arm position when sleeping on side Back position CAN be very comfortable Thick center panel allows for height adjustment Additional panel increases the height of the entire pillow Cons: Must request a full panel (middle with pillow) and it takes 2-3 weeks to still get too hard on the head, needs to be a little firmer on the neck
