When my shoes arrived one of them had imperfections that looked like a piece of leather was coming loose. I contacted the company and was asked to send them a photo after a quick chat with a customer service representative. I did this and after a few hours they gave me permission to return them and they even sent me a UPS label to send the shoes back which I did the next day. That was last Friday, and yesterday, Tuesday, I received a notification that my account has already been credited. The Peltz Shoe guys are great to work with and I appreciate their efforts in looking after me.
