This mouthguard was the perfect size for my small mouth. Following the instructions for molding the mouthguard was correct - easy to follow and helpful. I had to redo a guard because I placed it a bit off-center; it was good but lost a little more. So if you need to reshape, be aware that it may shrink a bit.
