I've been using these lights for about a month. do you work Yes. Will they "highlight" your posters with black light? Yes. Not bad either. Are they worth their price? Oh yeah. They are cheaper, more efficient and more efficient than traditional black light bulbs. Brightness: They're pretty bright, but again, I'm using 8 strands of them. Although even with two devices on I get pretty good lighting in a 300 square foot room. I have an old school traditional black light tube and in a parallel test they illuminate my UV posters just as well, if not better. Instillation/Adhesion: They have a peel-off strip on the back. I glued them to the underside of the painted wooden rafters and they hold up great. They come with plastic fasteners and screws so I installed them as a backup in case they ever come loose, but a month later they're still intact.
