I bought this set to test different brands of blades, which I think everyone should do if they want to learn how to shave with a double edge safety razor. Like all blades, they all have different strengths and weaknesses that are compounded by other factors such as razors, oils, soap/suds, and most importantly, your beard type. Don't assume that every blade has the same effect based on these conditions. I found the Featherlites very flexible but tended to cause excessive cutting. The azmusbat blades tug at my beard more than they shave it, but I get far fewer cuts. The first pack of Gillet blades I used often fell out in the middle. I have 7 other packs to try and will update later as I use them. Each blade has lasted about 3 days total so far. I bought them in July and have already used about 25 so do the math. In this scenario, such a package of samples should last at least until July next year. I don't shave on weekends or during the long holiday weekend.
