Review on X-Large 14x17 Cotton Storage Bags: Organize with Drawstrings! by Rebecca Flores

UPDATE (06/23/17): Unfortunately I took off a star because I finally found the time to do so Hand wash a pair and many of the other shrinkage ratings are correct (I've also attached a picture showing how much it shrinks for me). I'm still sticking with my original review (below) because it still works for my craft/packaging; But for a food storage product that inevitably has to be washed by people, it's a shame it's shrinking. rough, no wonder). If you don't mind waiting a day or two, let them air out, this will greatly reduce the odor if that's the only thing bothering you. Otherwise, I would advise against deleting them if possible. --------------------------------- ------I like to read the most negative reviews before I do anything buy so I was a bit wary when I saw several people complaining about the smell and the actual quality. But honestly, I have no idea what they're talking about. You should expect fabrics to occasionally have "nasty" odors, especially if they're factory made I suppose. But I think the quality is great. Mine look just like the seller's photos and I love the added kraft tags (I guess it costs a few bucks more compared to cheaper alternatives). I was looking for bags to pack the 3" boxes that I also buy from Revain (3" small square papier-mâché boxes with lids - pack of 12 boxes) and they fit perfectly (albeit too perfect, so just a little effort). is required to paste it (see attached images)). Personally, I don't mind the smell (there is an odor, to be clear), but I'll probably go for hand wash and air dry anyway. Ideally, I would have preferred no branding (Leafico tag on the sides), but then again, you have to look where it's needed :) I'm happy to personalize them with stamps!
