The top velcros are easy to use and keep the bag secure on the large main compartment Cons: When the bag is empty and placed on my bike rack the bag is not stiff enough to fit my rear wheel The bottom velcros don't tighten enough to dress and sit loose. The bag makes it easy to use a different strap if you have one. Enough time to stow away from a backpack and attach to a luggage rack
