As soon as I got this I started sizing all my invicta watches in my collection. It really does suck when you have a watch or in my case many watches and can't wear them right away. This solves that problem forever. Removing the bands is an extremely simple process, I use the hammer and pin and a few wacks and your band pin is out. Another nice thing is that it comes with a bunch of spring bars which also came in handy on the first day. My brand new full size Invicta Sea Hunter spring bar popped off and I lost it somewhere on the floor . Luckily the right size was included in the kit and my watch was fixed, as good as new. If you own an invicta and have large watches, this works well. I only buy big watches (sea hunters, grand octane etc) and I've had no issues at all. Everything seems to be of pretty good quality too. I would buy this again in a heart beat!
