This is my second handbag as the first one was replaced due to the same issue. Now I can't return it and I don't have a long strap. $50 wasted π‘ Not sure if the company will respond, I've only had it for about 2 months +/- I don't carry heavy items either. I am very disappointed as I really like the design.
