I love that it allows you to search for jobs all over without having to go through multiple applications each time. It also provides alerts when new opportunities come up so there are no missed or late notifications which was really helpful in finding out about potential job openings! The only thing i dislike with this service is how infrequently they notify people via email as well as text messages regarding any updates/new hires etc. You would think since we pay them money every month to be notified at least once a week (if not more) then surely you should receive some notification from your account manager? This can sometimes become frustrating if one has been searching for an opportunity but does not hear back after 2 weeks even though they have already confirmed acceptance into said position. So far nothing bad just need better communication between employer & employee. Make sure that you fully understand what benefits you will get before signing anything because most employers do require 3 months trial.
