Review on LMS-X by James Gregg

I like that LMS-x is a very user friendly program. It is also very customizable so you can make it exactly how you want it. It's not as robust as other programs out there, but we are able to create our own courses and assign them to specific people. We have been able to do this without hiring an outside company or consultant. There are some things about the program that aren't as intuitive, but it does get better with practice. We don't have as many employees as we used to, so being able to train new hires on what they need to know is important. We also want to be able to keep up with changes in our industry.
